CDL launched Union Square Residences on 9 November 2024, and 75 of the 366 homes found buyers on the first day.
This article sets out what the launch and the months since have shown, in counts rather than figures. The price list itself is sent by the Sales Concierge on request, because it changes as homes are chosen.
Who Bought at the Union Square Residences Launch
CDL reported that about 83% of launch-day buyers were Singaporeans, with the rest Permanent Residents and foreigners from China, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway and the United States.
The one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom premium types were the most popular on the day, and the level-38 Sky Suite was among the homes chosen.
Union Square Residences Sales Since the Launch
Caveats lodged by 2 March 2026 showed that 137 of the 366 homes had found buyers, about 37% of the tower, according to EdgeProp.
A four-bedroom premium home changed hands in December 2025, and the penthouse on level 40 followed, with its caveat lodged on 20 February 2026. EdgeProp reported the penthouse buyer as a Singapore Permanent Resident.
The recent transactions page counts the records as they are lodged, and the balance units chart counts the homes that remain.
The Top of the Tower at Union Square Residences
Two Sky Suites of 2,476 sq ft occupy levels 38 and 39, and a single 4,833 sq ft penthouse crowns the tower on level 40.
The level-38 Sky Suite found a buyer on launch day. According to EdgeProp in March 2026, the level-39 suite was still available at that point.
Why Availability Differs Within Union Square Residences
In a single tower, which homes go first is decided mainly by size, height and outlook. Each unit type sits in one stack, so its facing is fixed; within the stack, higher floors look further over the river or the city.
The top-floor (d) variants of stacks 1 to 5 on level 32, the four-bedroom premium homes with private lifts, and the Sky Suites and penthouse each form a small group of their own. The elevation chart shows where each type sits.

The cost of a home goes beyond the purchase figure: Buyer’s Stamp Duty, the booking fee and, for some buyers, Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty are added on top.
